Admissions

Your next chapter can begin here.

BWF operates year round. Request information, then let the school explain program availability, learning format, tuition, and the steps required to enroll.

How enrollment works

Four steps from interest to class.

Official dates depend on the program, instructor, format, tuition confirmation, enrollment, and applicable requirements.

01

Request information

Tell BWF what you want to study, where you live, your preferred format, and when you hope to begin.

02

Review your pathway

Review the program, delivery format, admissions requirements, current tuition, and possible funding route.

03

Complete enrollment

Submit the required information and complete the applicable enrollment and tuition documents.

04

Confirm your start

Receive the official schedule, orientation details, learning access, and items needed to begin.

How are you coming to BWF?

Different routes. One clear enrollment process.

BWF connects each learner to the correct admissions and tuition pathway.

Sponsored student

An organization or employer is paying.

Share the sponsor name so enrollment connects to the correct cohort and tuition arrangement.

Direct student

You are applying on your own.

Review current tuition, possible BWF tuition support, delivery options, and available starts.

Texas workforce student

You are using an approved workforce pathway.

Funding requires authorization from the appropriate program or funding authority.

On Demand Cohort

Your organization is bringing a group.

The sponsor and BWF confirm the roster, schedule, location, tuition, payment, and reporting.

Before you submit

Have the basics ready.

  • Your preferred program
  • A current email address and phone number
  • Your city, county, and education level
  • Your preferred online, hybrid, or in-person format
  • How soon you hope to start
  • The name of any sponsoring organization
Important

A request is the beginning, not the final enrollment.

BWF must confirm availability, admissions requirements, tuition, funding, documents, and the official start date. An information request does not guarantee enrollment, funding, certification, or employment.
